Humans are social creatures and do their best learning in a group situation. This is why Web 2.0 (social networks, blogging, forums, membership sites) are so popular. They keep us in touch with other like minded souls and we learn from each other.

As a work-from-home entrepeneur it is important to build your own network of mentors, collegues and students to help you build your work from home business. You learn from others and they in turn learn from you.

It is not enough to blast ads all over the internet; people switch off. However if you engage them, they will keep coming back for more.

Blogging and articles have become one of the most effective methods of connecting with your customers in the online community. However, with the attention span of the average surfer getting shorter and the thousands of new sites springing up everyday, it is getting harder to stand out from the crowd.

Besides, the average web user is getting more savvy and discerning so they won’t settle for insubstancial fluff and the smoke and mirrors of yester-years’ internet marketing.
