Here you will find a list of Frequently Asked Questions. This is a work in progress so will be updated with questions and answers as they come to light. Here is what we have so far…

Q: How do I Back up MySQL Databases?

A: Follow the instructions below

1. Create a ‘MySQL Databases Backup’ folder on your PC
2. Go to your cPanel X
3. Click on Backups icon
4. Look for ‘Download a MySQL Database Backup’
5. Underneath you will find your MySQL database name in link form
6. Right click on link and select “save link” or “save target as”
7. Save zip file in ‘MySQL Databases Backup’ folder on your PC
8. Do this for all your MySQL Databases
9. When you next backup you will be asked if you want to overwrite file - SAY YES!
10. To set up an automatic back-up go to the NZPCS Forum to get instructions

Q: Where are the WordPress Blog Videos?

A: After you have completed stage one you will receive an email with your Affiliate ID and a link to the Members Only Download Page. You will find the videos here

Q: Where do I find my Hostgator Invoice Number to put into my Application Form?

A: Go to https://secure.hostgator.com/billing, log in using your username and password. You will find the invoice number here

Q: I haven’t recieved my Affiliate URL!

A: If you didn’t receive an Affiliate URL after submitting your application…

• Check your bulk mailer folder. Add feedback @ nzpcs.co. nz to your address book white list

• Re-submit your application form

Check that your details are correct and that you didn’t cut and paste from a rich text editor like wordpad or MS Word.

Double check your details and resubmit in the correct fields in the application form. If the form is incorrectly filled out with the wrong information in the wrong fields your details will not be loaded into the system.

If you don’t receive your Affiliate URL within 24 hours send an email to Justin at feedback @ nzpcs.co.nz as your mail provider may be blocking the responders mail or the apllication info was entered incorrectly. Justin will be able to point you in the right direction
