A stumbling block to many who are starting out with blogging is that they think or feel that the task is too hard.

Initially one may set up a blog hosting it on Wordpress.com, Blogger.com or any of the other Blog hosts out there. This is how I started blogging.
The actual process of blogging is relatively simple. You set up a blog, change its presentation to something you like and make posts on a regular basis. Even a granny can log-in and type up her thought for the day. Getting content on your blog is as simple as writing an online diary.

However the true power of a blog is to turn it into an income generating machine and this is where folk can come  unstuck.

There are a number of strategies, plugins, theme modifications that need to be tackled in order to turn your ‘interesting’ blog into a monetised power house.

Shifting your blog to your own domain and hosting is a good start. Installing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies and plugins so the search engines find your blog and send traffic is another. Creating a ‘network’ of blogs to funnel traffic to the affiliate products you are selling is well worth the effort.

If the concept and process seems a little daunting don’t worry, you are not alone. There is a lot to learn and it may take some time but it is iminiently do-able when you have someone show you the way.

However today I want to show you that anyone can do it.

You may be surprised to learn that there is a fourteen year old who is successfully blogging and earning a regular income.

His story is inspirational - He started as a 12 year old and quickly learned, by watching others and doing research, how to build a money making empire.

If he can do it…. anyone can.

Take note of how his site is set up and read the archived posts. He sets a good example and he must be doing something right because he has a Page Rank of 5/10!

So if you are despairing as to how you can make money online, take a few tips from a 14 year old!
